1. Sourcing & Quality Control
We work with established indoor cultivators in California, Canada, and the UK. Every batch is evaluated for terpene profile, dense flower structure, and clean burning ash before being added to our menu.
2. Curing & Storage
Flower is stored in humidity-controlled environments (58%–62% RH) to protect trichomes and aromatic terpenes from degradation. Vapes and extracts are kept in cool, dark conditions to ensure consistency.
3. Customer Privacy
Customer names and addresses are used solely for generating the dispatch label and are permanently removed from our active database once an order has been shipped.
